With Love

Per la nascita di Margherita volevo a tutti i costi fare un album....volevo che fosse speciale, pieno di colori, asimmetrico e pieno! Perché la vita di un bimbo, con tutto davanti, è così....piena piena di cose, di sensazioni, di volti, di luci....volevo che ci fosse energia dentro.
E l'energia l'ho messa tutta...insieme ad una valanga di amore per Margherita, per la sua mamma Martina (BF) e per il mio amico Mauro.

On the Margherita birth I wanted absolutely to make an album....I wanted to make it special, full of colors, asymmetrical and full! Because the life of a child, with everything in front, is so full of things....full of sensations, feelings, faces, lights....I wanted that there was energy inside.
And I put it all my energy... with a lot lot of love for Margherita, her mother Martina (my BF) and for my friend Mauro.

 

 

 

Thank You With Flowers

Io adoro le orchidee....anzi, diciamo che adoro i fiori, in generale....ma le orchidee sono così raffinate ed eleganti, una costruzione semplice ma allo stesso tempo perfetta tra petali che sembrano foglie e una sorta di pistillo che sembra una mano....
Far sopravvivere le orchidee è sempre stata una grande sfida a casa mia...e l'ho persa varie volte. Ma in ufficio (e ancora non so spiegarmi perché!!) ne ho parecchie e sono rigogliose e floride....le ho davanti alla scrivania e resterei a guardarle per ore.
Ecco perché le sto usando tanto anche nelle card....mi sembra che diano un tocco di raffinatezza pur essendo di carta e di vellum! Questa fustella è della Coppia Creativa e le mie amiche la stanno usando in tantissimi modi, guardate qui!

I love orchids....I love flowers, in general....but orchids are so sophisticated and elegant, a simple construction and yet perfect among petals that look like leaves and a kind of pistil it looks like a hand ....
To survive the orchid has always been a great challenge in my house ... and I lost it several times. But in the office (and still can not explain why !!) I have several and are lush and prosperous .... I'd watch them for hours.
That's why I'm using so much orchids in my cards.... I think that they give a touch of sophistication while being of paper and vellum! This is La coppia Creativa die and my friends are using it in many ways, look here!

Geometric Lines

Uso poche volte gli stencil, nonostante ne subisca molto il fascino. Forse perché spesso vedo cose fantastiche fatte con gessi, spatole, spruzzi....insomma tutto quello che ha a che fare con il mixed media e che per me è ancora lontano. Il potaccio è interessante solo quando ben composto e sensato....il mio adesso risulta più un pastroccio, come si dice dalle mie parti!
Ho provare a fare due tag con lo stesso stencil e in questo caso mi sono divertita un sacco! Due stili completamente diversi, anche per mettere in gioco la creatività....se  siete curiose....piccolo tutorial su Scrappando per vedere come ho fatto e i materiali che ho usato....così potacciamo insieme!!

I use stencils just a little bit, but I think that thei are very charming! Maybe because I often see fantastic things made with gesso, spatulas, color spray....everything that has to do with mixed media art and that for me it is still so far.
I tried two tags with the same stencil and in this case I had fun! Two completely different styles, even to put into play my creativity .... if you are curious ....you find a little tutorial on Scrappando Blog to see how I did and the materials I used....so let's play together!!

News Paper...or Paper News?

Solo recentemente ho iniziato ad usare la carta scrap per il packaging...e devo dire che mi piace un sacchissimo. E' divertente e rende la confezione molto originale....per esempio qui ho giocato con i toni del bianco e nero e del dorato e il pacchettino ora ha un aspetto speciale...ed era proprio quello che volevo, visto il destinatario!

Only recently I started using scrapbooking paper for packaging...and I must say that I like a lot lot!!. It 's funny and makes the package very original .... or example here I played with black and White tones and  a golden touch and the bag now has a special aspect... and it was just what I wanted!

Oltre al packaging c'è un'altra novità, per me fichissima! Sono andata a finire su un giornale....questo è quello che direi a mia mamma per semplificare....e già lei mi immaginerebbe su Chi, mica su Vanity Fair.

Comunque sì, il DT di Paper House è stato pubblicato su una rivista digitale free davvero bellissima da cui trarre spunto anche per gli sketch che vengono proposti.

Per il mio layout ho infatti rispettato lo sketch suggerito e mi sono lasciata andare grazie alle fotografie di mio marito fatte durante una giornata passata a Venezia....ho voluto dare un aspetto un po' sognante, grazie alla carta blu e ai dettagli dorati.

In addition to the packaging there is another news for me super cool! I'm published on a magazine....
yes, the Paper House DT was published in a free digital magazine really beautiful from which to draw inspiration for sketches that are proposed.
For my layout I have in fact observed the suggested sketch and I let myself go with the pics of my husband made during a day in Venice, where I live....I wanted to give a dreamlike feeling, with blue paper and golden details .

Running Soul

Conoscere persone che senti solo tramite chat e che fanno parte del tuo stesso DT è sempre un'emozione grande. Durante il Meeting Nazionale ASI ho incontrato velocemente Elisa e per me è stata una piccola gioia....poi ci siamo incontrate nuovamente al regionale veneto e confermo che è sempre di una dolcezza infinita.
Creativa bravissima e piena di energia mi ha confermato che quanto trasmettiamo dai nostri progetti è anche quello che siamo. Che la creatività in fondo, se lasciata libera, è come un'anima al galoppo, senza freni, senza sovrastrutture....e siamo noi.
E quello che vedo nei suoi progetti le calza a pennello....fate un salto sul suo blog e ditemi se non vi sembra powerfull!!
Questa piccola card l'ho fatta per lei....

Knowing people who I know just with a chat and that are part of the same DT is always a great emotion. During the National Meeting ASI I met Elisa quickly and for me it was a little joy ....a confirmation that she is really a sweet person.
Talented creative and full of energy she has confirmed that our projects are also what we are. That creativity at the end, if left free, is like a galloping soul, without brakes, without roof .... and we are so.
And what I see in her project fits really well.... take a trip on her blog and tell me if there seems powerfull !!

Wedding Bird

Sorrido perché la serie di card per il matrimonio di mia cugina sembra non finire mai.

O meglio....sembra che io abbia partecipato a cento matrimoni e invece in famiglia giravano solo le mie card!

Questo può sembrare scontato ma assicuro che non lo è....ad esempio le persone più vicine (tra queste non posso contemplare Kat, la mia fan numero 1, adorabile e fedele....come una bilancia sa essere!) generalmente non mi chiedono card.....forse le ho stufate con la storia dello scrap, alienandole con i racconti di meeting e di shopping on line, povere!

Quindi in questa occasione è stato bello accontentare tutta la mia famiglia, dedicando il mio tempo e il mio impegno ad una coppia di sposi che conosco bene.

Adesso dovrò aspettare....vediamo....ah sì, la cresima della mia cuginetta ad esempio!!

I smile because the number of cards for the wedding of my cousin never seems to end.
Or better .... I seem to have taken part in a hundred weddings!
This may seem obvious, but I assure you it is not so.... for example my closest friends (among these I can not contemplate Kat, my super fan, adorable and loyal .... as a libra can be!) generally don't ask me card ..... maybe I get bored with the history of scrapbooking, with tales of scrap meetings and shopping online!
So on this occasion it was nice to settle all my family, devoting my time and my commitment to a married couple that I know well.

E' sbocciato un fiore....e si chiama Margherita.

Benvenuta piccolina, fiorisci insieme ai tuoi genitori e portaci una primavera unica, come solo un bimbo sa fare!

Vorrei dire molte cose....perchè lei è la figlia della mia migliore amica....ma sono quelle gioie che a volte si vuole tenere per sé, private, segrete, con amore e protezione. Un gioiello fatto di petali e manine, una piccola perla profumata.

And it was born a flower .... and is called Margherita.

Welcome petite, flourish with your mum and dad and bring a unique spring, as only a child can does.

I would like to say many things .... because she is the daughter of my best friend .... but those are joys that sometimes you want to keep private, secret, with love and protection.

Hello friend!

Quando penso a Patty penso ad una donna con un cuore grande così e con un animo dolce e frizzante.

Per me lei è come le bollicine di coca cola appena avvicini il bicchiere al naso, ti salgono su divertenti.

Il suo compleanno è passato da un po' ma questa card era per lei, vivace e spiritosa come è lei in ogni giorno della sua vita, anche i meno facili.

Il progetto l'ho fatto usando i prodotti Paper House....non solo la piccola polaroid del micio (suo amico fedele), ma anche carte con fiori fantastici.....guardate qui!

Per un'amica che colora sempre la mia vita....un'esplosione di cromie e tanto affetto, ma proprio tanto.

When I think about Patty I think of a woman with a big heart and with a sweet and tangy soul.

For me she is like bubbles of coca cola, just as when you close the glass to nose, you go up on fun.

Her birthday has gone from a little but this card was for her, lively and witty as she is in every day of her life, even less easy.
